Delivery Details The delivery times made known to the Customer are estimates only and We shall not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery. Under no circumstances shall We be liable for any loss, damage or delay occasioned to the Customer or its customers arising from late or non-delivery or late installation of the goods. Risk in goods passes to the Customer immediately upon possession being taken by the Customer or its Agent. Freight will be arranged by Us on behalf of the Customer at the cost of the Customer and any such carrier shall be deemed to be the Agent of the Customer. The Customer may request insurance for the delivery and incur the relative costs involved. Delivery Costs Costs for delivery are shows on the checkout page, However We reserve the right to request further delivery payments before dispatching the order. Further delivery charges may be requested if your order has multiple heavy/large items, eg monitors printers etc. Returns Due to the nature of our products, only faulty good are accepted as returns. If, and only negoitiated by us prior, goods that are returned by the customer, via a "Return Authority Number" only, that are not faulty or damaged will incur a "Restocking Fee" of 15% of the price of the goods purchased. Beetle House Designs strongly recommends that a suitable and or qualified person install all goods purchased. Any goods that appear to be damamged due to improper installation will be returned to customer and no refund will be paid, and all costs incur to reship goods will be paid for by the customer. Warranty All goods come shipped with a Manfacturers Warranty. The warranty period and service varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. "Personal Home Computer Help" is not responsibily for the damage of goods through misuse or improper handling. The customer may be required to contact the manufacturer of the product directly for warranty related issues, including obtaining an Return Authorisation Number. Faulty Goods All faulty goods that are returned are required to have a "Return Authorisation Number" (RAN). Goods that are faulty must be exchanged within 7 days. RAN numbers can and will only be obtained through e-mailing Beetle House Designs On return of the goods the RAN number must be clearly visible on a label outside the box (Please do not write on the box), if no RA number is visible the good will be directly returned to the customer at their expense. We accept no responsibilities for any goods lost or damaged during transit. |
